How do I fix this problem? I continually get this

Start-- control panel--systems icon,(you may have to
switch to clasic veiw to get this)--click the advance tab
at the top--click the settings button under performance--
click the advance tab again--under virtual memory click
change--here's where you get choices,I have mine set at
system managed size to keep that off for me,most have 1.5
times the RAM size ,so if you have 256 RAM custom size
would be 384'ish and 512 would be 768MB. . not enough
some times paging.choose a number greater than the size
you have or BEST would be to click system managed size--
OK--OK--restart your computer and that takes care of it---
-------------------if you choose the bigger size when you
reach it you'll get the message again.
