Low Virtual Memory

Hi, Lately my comp. has been buggin up alot beeing very slow than Usual, and things keep poppin up saying my computer has low virtaul memory. I defrag. once a week and try to keep stuff clean in files.....I dont know what it is...Sometime it wont let me in my Sing in Name to get in Windows Xp
Any suggestions??....please help....My e-mail is (e-mail address removed)

If that doesn't help...

Look in Control Panel|SYSTEM|ADVANCED tab|PERFORMANCE|ADVANCED|VIRTUAL
MEMORY|CHANGE and let Windows manage it. If you make changes, be sure to
press the SET button before exiting.

Still no joy...

Look in Control Panel|ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS for "Intel Application
Accelerator". If found, remove it - and things should improve.

Nonetheless, it's wise to install the latest I.A.A. See and read...
