Low Disc Space Error

Hello!

I just recently upgraded from Windows 98 to XP. I keep
getting a Low Disc Space Error for my 'D' drive and when
I try to clean it up, it tells me that the total amount
of disc space I will gain in 0 KB. How can I shut off
this alert???
