I have just installed SP2 and am getting used to some of its (helpful?)
features. But Media Player Series 9 has cut the volume of audio on CDs and
sound files, but NOT on application "theme songs". Up until now, I could get
a satisfactory volume level on ALL audio output with just one volume
setting. Wha' happin? (I have Media Player set for default player for all
player/file formats. Is that my problem?)
Thanks. -- Allen Furfine

You don't have to be worry about it, it is a kind of normal situation
now........
I suggest you to install new version of drivers..............
Ofcourse reinstall your computer maybe a way for you..........

I have exactly the same problem. The weird thing is though, if I click on the
seek bar while a track is playing the volume instantly increases quite
dramatically for the duration of that track. When a new file is played the
volume reverts to its low volume unlesss the seek bar is clicked again. Is
this happening with anyone else?
