Lotus formula conversion

I have the following lotus123 formula. How do I convert
it to Excel?

@DSUM($DATABASE,+$INPUT:$M$5,MKT_BRD=+$C8#AND#ACCT=+$B8); 0
 
Appologies for not clarifying the range names
Database is a range
INPUT is the name of the speadsheet containing a field
called MTD_BRD and ACCT
