Lots of CD devices, PS Limitations?

My tower server has six 5.25" bays, and I'm about to add two new
DVD+-RW drives (on a PCI IDE card), for a grand total of six CD
devices (don't ask, strange project). I'm guessing that CD devices
don't require much power, but I don't really know for sure.

Questions:

1) Can my Enermax 350w PS handle all those CD drives? I will have to
split two existing leads to do this. Could I add more CD devices, say
up to 10?

2) Will my system recognize two (or more) PCI IDE cards? (I already
have one in there).

3) Will my computer even address all those drives? (Dual boot WinXP
Pro, Win2k Pro)

4) If the answer is 'get an additional PS' (there *is* room in this
case for two), how do you "turn it on" without connecting it to a
mobo?

Will you ever be using (drawing power for) all 6 devices at the same time?
If not, then the PSU output shouldn't matter!
