Lot my short-cut bar

Hi,
I deleted my short-cut bar and I can't remember how to
get it back. It is the little bar I had in the top right
hand of my computer. It had all of my little foldes that
i could click on rght away.

Can anyone help me??

Windows will make you an additional one -
1) Create a folder with all the desired shortcuts. For instance
I have a c:\desktop icons folder.
2) Right click on the existing and standard taskbar and go to
toolbars | new toolbar
3) Navigate to the folder with your shortcuts you just created
and hit OK.
4) You'll now have an additional taskbar within the standard
one. Drag it to whichever side or top of the screen you desire.
