Lost Word Menu Bar - HELP!!!!

Not sure when but my Word program menu bar is gone. No
menu to even start to fix the problem. I've try the Alt V
to open a menu and drop back in, but the ALT funtions
aren't working. It seems the problem began when I opened a
document causiong me to inherent those properties.

Can anyone help?
 
try right clicking on a blank spot near a still working
icon, it "should" give you a menu of menus where you can
turn on the missing bar again.
