Lost windows xp cd

If you lose your windows xp home edition cd but you still have your
certificate of authenticity sticker on your computer, is there any way to
get a replacement cd from microsoft? Or are you stuck with going out and
buying a new copy?

If you've got a sticker on the case, it's probably an OEM version; you'd
have to contact the manufacturer and see if they will give or sell you a
replacement. That's entirely up to them, and MS plays no part in it.
