Type sndvol32.exe in "Search". It should be on your
harddrive twice, once in C:\I386 and another in
C:\Windows\System32. Use Windows Explorer when it finds
the one not deleted, copy and paste it to one of the
above directories it did not find it in. Both copies are
identical.
