Have been using Office 2003 for a week and today tried to send an
email and can't find the send button. Has anyone had this problem or
know how to fix it???

Right click in the menu bar. Examine the menu options that appear as if by
magic......

Try resetting the menu.

Thank You all. Found the problem. It seems that there is nothing you
can do to change anything on the send button bar as there is no way of
getting to it. The problem was that for some reason I had no accounts
in it for the email. I do not know what happened it was just not
there. I think my wife was fooling with the account setup and tried to
set up an email account with her name and she deleted mine and was not
able to put one in for her. After I entered my email account the send
button came back. Now who would have believed that?? No account
Microsoft shuts off the send button. Seems like a good idea but try
and find that problem in the trouble shoot guide!!

So, it wasn't an Outlook problem at all <smile>.

The Send button not appearing when there is no account is documented in this
or another of the Outlook newsgroups frequently, but since you had said you
were just using it, I, for one, dismissed it as a possible problem.

Brian,
Thanks. Sometimes I trip over my own feet. Never thought of looking
for an account as I had just used it. Another reason to get the wife
her own machine or at least her own log in. They say the computers are
dumb but I think most of the time it is the user that's dumb. At least
that applies to me but then again sometimes I fool myself and things
work, (Sometimes).
