Lost the bottom download progress bar in IE6

Somehow or another I managed to lose the URL identifier ( shown on the
bottom of IE6 when the mouse cursor is placed over a hyperlink) and the
download progress bar also on the bottom of the browser. Does anyone have a
solution for re enabling this function ?
