We use Exchange Server 2000, one of my users has both a desktop and laptop
that connect to the Exchange Server. The mailbox for this user resides on the
Exchange Server. The laptop when connected to the network and syncronizes the
mail with that on the server so that when she is not on the network she can
still get to her mail. Both machines runs Windows and Office XP. This user
has many rules that she has created some from the desktop and some from the
laptop.
So here is the situation, she is wanting to stop some of the rules that she
has created but they are not listed anywhere, she deleted the folder that one
of the rules was using and recieved a message that some of the rules maybe
hidden. I have gone through the rules on both machines and can not find this
rule that is moving emails from a certain person to a certain folder but it
is still doing just that. I have even gone as far as going into the Mailbox
store using the Mdbvu32 Utility per QArticle 32022. Anyone have any
suggestions on what I might try next. I could move her to Office 2003, would
that only compound the problem.
Thanks
