Lost Profiles

I have removed my laptop from a domain and moved back to a workgroup, but
after rebooting my user profile was gone. How can I recreate that profile.
 
Yes I did and all the files are intact in that respect but what I need back
are the set preferences in individual programs like dreamweaver as an example
logins passwords etc
