I have a Hewlett Packard Pavilion computer mod. 6343, and
want to reboot the whole business. Have the original disc
but have lost the product code, without which I can't
reboot. Contacted the manufacturer, who provided me with
numbers which didn't work. They suggested I contact you.
Here's the info:

Product model (system) number D7305A

Product serial number US84116639 (I think--the 5's and
6's look very similar, very small stamp)

Purchased Dev. 2002 at Aldi, Corbin, KY as a Christmas
gift

Part Number (printed on disc) is 20012192 (CD100253)

The code provided by HP is DBRCB-D43K3-VY4G4-6FK9M.
After I tried them twice I contacted HP, and after
checking they said they were sure these were the right
numbers and to try them again--if this failed I was
advised to contact you.

So here I am...can you assist me in retrieving these
numbers?

Greetings --

Only the PC manufacturer can help you with problems with an OEM
license.

You need to examine the Product Key very carefully. It's awfully
easy to mistake a "B" for an "8," a "G" for a "6," an "S" for a "5,"
or a "Q" for a "0" or "O." Fortunately, Microsoft had the good sense
to leave the "1's," "I's," "O's," and "0's" out of the equation.
Also, be sure that your CapsLock if _off_ while entering the Product
Key.
