lost photo

is there a way to recover a photo that has be
delated/replace by another photo can not find it useing
dell image pro 3 and m-soft paint pro 7.0 looked in
recycle bin it's not there

Probably not if you agreed to a prompt to overwrite it. The freeware
recovery utilities are most useful in cases where a file was deleted, not
where they were overwritten.
