Lost Passwords

Help! We've lost our Administrator password and it's the only account set up
on the computer, no recovery disk. Is there any way to get by it or what do I
do now?

Ok thank you. I'm going to try some of those but I don't seem to be having
any luck with anything at this point and I really don't want to have to
format it all and lose everything.
When I try to repair with the Windows disc, it still wants an admin password.
