I changed my administrator password and after shutting my pc down I can't
remember what I made it and thre hint makes no sense any ideas

You posted this earlier and had several responses. If you can't find a post
search for it using Google Groups Advanced search, in the newsgroup
microsoft.public.windowsxp.general searching on your name as author.

Which "administrator password" did you forget? The password for the
built-in Administator account, or the password for another account with
administrative privileges?

If the later, simply log in using the built-in Administrator
account (which cannot be deleted) and modify the desired account(s) and
use Start > Run > "control userpasswords2" to modify the desired account(s).

By design, the only way to log into the Administrator account of
WinXP Home is to reboot into Safe Mode. For WinXP Pro, pressing
CTRL+ALT+DEL twice at the Welcome Screen will produce the standard login
dialog box.

If the former, Linux-based password cracking utilities abound on the
Internet, freely available to anyone who can use Google.
