My mother has had a stroke and cannot talk. I need to access her computer to
take care of her business, but she has a password set for logon.
I think there is a workaround involving Safe Mode. Is there a way I can
delete or change the password so that Windows will boot?

Thanks Carey and Ricky. I can see what should be done in advance against the
possible failure to remember a password, though I don't use Logon on my own
computer. I prefer to go straight to Windows when I turn the machine on.
I think the tip by Windows Support will enable me to access my mother's
computer, assuming that she did not put an Administrator password on it.
