Lost password and username information

Hi, i know how to setup the caccount information on windows mail but once i
click finish it says 'Logon to mail.btinternet.com'.
I dont know what my username and password is for this part as i chucked away
the letter that told me this information, is there a default username and
password that i can enter?
Help would be appreciated

This is a newsgroup for the database engine Microsoft Access. Have
you tried contacting btinternet?

Well... that was a mistake.

You'll need to contact tech support at btinternet. Where you're asking now
won't be able to help - this is a technical support newsgroup for Microsoft
Access database software, and we're all volunteers. We don't work for either
btinternet or Microsoft.
