Greetings,
I had an OEM copy of XP pro SP1 with the COA sticker. The sticker is on the
original computer I need to reinstall the OS on.Have'nt used needed to use
the CD for years but now I lost the CD. How can I obtain a copy of the
original CD that matchs the COA Product ID number from the sticker on the
machine, this way I can install the OS on my pc again, or is there another
way to resolve this problem? Can I call microsoft ? Thank you for any
response.

Since it's an OEM version, you'll need to contact the OEM.

OEM loads of XP are often locked to the BIOS of the particular machine
type they're installed on. If you were able to get a replacement from
Microsoft, it would probably be the retail version and would not
function with the license key on the PC.

Best bet is to contact the computer manufacturer.
