lost option to open frame in new window

The subject lines says it all. Until a few days ago, I could right-click in
a frame or IFrame and see an option to open this page in a new window. The
option has disappeared from my right-click menu. Anyone know how I can get
it back?

I'm using WinXP SP1, IE 6.0
