Lost News icon Outlook 2003

Good Morning,
Set up mail account then tried to setup News. Followed help to
customise/drag News to Go except here is no News icon under the Customise
Folder.
Tried removing (Settings/Add Remove/ Office 2003 (Change) ) but still no
News.
Any help would be appreciated

Make sure OE is set as the default newsreader in Control Panel-> Internet
Options-> tab Programs
