Lost my disk

I've lost my XP disk, I've got the legit COA .. like to know where you can
buy disk only! any help appreciated.

If you have an OEM version of Windows XP you will need to contact the
manufacturer/assembler of your computer.

To determine if your installed Windows XP is an OEM version open
Control Panel - System - General and look at the 20 character Product
I.D. code that is shown as the last line in the "Registered to:"
section of the window.

If the second segment of the product i.d. is OEM then you have an OEM
version. If it is a 3 digit number then you have either a retail or a
volume license version and the Microsoft link that Will Denny gave you
is the correct place to start.

If it was a retail license and you have proof of purchase:
