Lost menus and toolbars

Did something while working in Word that resulted in full size titled Window with no menus or toolbars at top (1.e. all workspace). In the lower left corner are icons to select between Normal, Web Layout, Print Layout, and Outline with all but Outline showing tab setting bar at top. Have tried left and right mouse clicking all over. Please help me get my toolbars/menus back. Thanks

have a minor registry corruption. See

Chaz, first you might try pressing ESC, in case you've wandered into Full
Screen view. If that doesn't fix it, take a look at this article:
