Lost Menu Bar and Tool Bars in WE

I am embarrassed that I cannot figure this out but annoyance now outweighs
the embarrassment! When I open WE, all I get is a title bar, the Folder
List and the File List. I have lost everything else and I cannot get
anything back. Can anyone help me with this problem? Any help will be
welcome........
