Note: Versions 5.00.3809 & 5.00.3810 are Security Fixes for version 5.00.3805.
Download and Install version 5.00.3805 (full version) first before installing
the upgrade(s).
On the side you’ll note there’s an option for an installation check.

We tried those and none worked. We will now try to dnload and reinstall Internet Explorer to see if that helps. Thanks for your help.
