Lost files

Hi Everybody,
I was cleaning out some extra unnecessary files from my
computer.Yes I did!! I removed a group of files that goes with my address
book(MyMailList). Now my address book is emty. I am in some trouble now. Is
there some way I can retreve the deleted files. The files contain all my
address and phone numbers I have been collecting for the pasted 6 years.

Have you looked in your Recycle Bin. If they are there right click and
select restore.
