LOST EMAIL!

Since I downloaded the security updates, I cannot access
many of the messages previously saved in my Outlook
Express folders. The error message says that the file has
not yet been downloaded BUT it has been downloaded, and
thus removed from my remove server and cannot be
downloaded again. I have a feeling there must be some way
of accessing the data saved locally again, but cannot for
the life of me work out how that would be! Any advice
very much appreciated, it's driving me and my contacts mad
as I'm having to ask everyone to send stuff to me over
again. Thanks in anticipation!
