I can not find a way to reach or get help from
microsoft on their online help. Here is my problem: I can
not recieve any up dates for my windows xp home addition
when I am sent an up date I get (can not install,
mrtRATE.dll can not be found re-install may solve
problem. I think that is an sp1 driver. Can I get this
driver downloaded off the net? If not what do I need to
do.
