Lost connection between Data Entry Form and Data Table

While viewing my data entry form, I "for some reason" punched "Data Entry"
under the heading if "Records." With that I lost access to my data table.
My data entry form is now empty. I Use a "Switchboard" to get to the data
entry form. How do link back up with the data table? Any help to resolve
this crisis will be appreciated.

Open the form in design view.

Open the Properties box.

Making sure you are looking at the properties of the Form (not of a text
box), click the Data tab of the Properties box, and set the Data Entry
property to No.

Save.
