Lost cd driver

My PC does not recognise my E or F drives therefore will
not play cds or DVDs. The drawers open up and close but
that is all. Oh Dear!
I have a reference in my Registry First Aid to this
driver:- c:\windows\system32\cdralw2k.sys which is the
one I think I deleted. Any ideas how I can get my E&F
started again ? D

rom drive is not seeing by my hard drive.thank
