When I download a program and click install nothing happens. I checked
account Administrator and everything is okay. Windows updates installs
okay, but nothing else seems to want to install when I download. Any
suggestions?

Hi

If you have lost the zip capability, try running the following command from
Start>Run:

regsvr32 zipfldr.dll

Please note the space between the 2 and z

Hi

It should be regsvr32 - copy/paste the following into Start>Run:

regsvr32 zipfldr.dll

I had lost mine, too, due to installing and uninstalling Power Desk.
Note that your solution works (and I thank you for that) but one has to
reboot for it to take effect.
