Lost Browser

Hello somehow I managed to lose my browser to open up web sites I have clicked on all my toolbars and everything is on. Any Ideas how to get it back right now the only way i can go to a web site is to click file up top and open then I can type in a web address.
 
Control Panel > Display > Desktop tab > Customize Desktop button > General
tab > place a checkmark next to Internet Explorer.
