Lost Administrator Password

I'm running a Dell 4300s with Win2000Pro. We've forgotten
all the passwords except for one user profile that doesn't
have administrator priveledges. Short of reinstalling
Windows, is there some way to work around this to get
administrator priveledges under the existing or a new user
name?
