Lost address book on upgrade from me to 2000

After upgrade from ME to 2000, I have no email history
nor address book in Microsoft Outlook Express. Can you
suggest how to find them?

1.) There is no supported upgrade path from WinME to Windows 2000
2.) You'll want to search for the message store and import those items.
By default they're in;
%systemdrive%\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application
Data\Identities\SID\Microsoft\Outlook Express
