Lost address bar and file menu's on Internet explorer

For somm reason all of my IE windows look like they are
popups. I dont have thwe address bar, File menu's
favorites, ect.
When I right click when I right click all I get is move,
maximize, and minimize.

Any suggestions on hoew to fix this?

One note: I also had the Klez virus on this computer,
which I believe is now removed

Taking a guess: Does the situation change if you hit F11?

I had the same problem and found the solution. Go to this
link :

go to the bottom and read the post from sremesh2k and
download that software. We you run it the menu bar and the
tool bars in IE magically appear when you open the browser
back up.
