lost access to a second hard drive???

Hope some one can assist me with this?
Did a clean install of XP on my c drive today after backing up all my info
and files onto an other partitioned had drive on my pc but now i can not
access the drive every time i try to open a file on the drive i get the
message "Access denied" is there an easy solution to this problem or have i
lost all my backed up data

You need to seize ownership of the folders on the second disk:
