Loss of visibility of hard drive /peripherals from my computer

After vacation, when I booted up my computer, I discovered that I could not
view my hard drive or any of my other storage devices from my computer or
from internet explorer? What has changed? how do I correct?

What happens when you try to open one of the drives with Windows Explorer?

You don't happen to have Tweak XP running and have the drive letters
blocked? Happened to me - couldnt see my camera which shows up as a
drive letter G - had only A B C D E F checked and G didn't show till i
enabled the letter.
