Loss of Power Schemes options

I have lost the selections of different power schemes. How can I retrieve
these?

Try #204 on the right side of the list..

Check the list to see if any more entries/fixes apply..

click on the right side of #204, then, you wish to add it tot the registry?

I have also had the same problem for the last year with my laptop. I've been
to the tweak site but, how do I add it to the registry? Where can i find
this at? Please help me?
