Loss of mapping

We have working off a NT server (which controls tyhe
domain) and have just added a 2003 server. At the
moment, we are waiting to transfer all user permission
to > the new server. However, some of the work stations,
particularly the ones that are XP professional have
continued to lose their network mapping. When we go to
re-map the drive it says that the network is
inaccessable. Strange, because we logged on the network
to get on the computer in the first place.

Also, the user is able to get on the internet- so the
internet connection is fine.
Any suggestions?

Have you attempted to add the mappings to the GPO for these users? Also, do
you have Active Directory running in your environment? Are the mapped
drives being propogated to the enterprise via AD?

You may want to post in the 2003 Server groups on this as well.

Regards,
