In Outlook Express 6 on Win98SE, which has always worked
fine, suddenly I can't send/receive emails, and also the
Outbox Folder cannot be opened - the screen suggests lack
of memory which is certainly untrue. There's plenty of
spare disc space and plenty of spare RAM, so I suspect a
file has become corrupt or loss. The ISP (cable)
connection is fine, as I can operate other email programs
OK and also IE and other browsers. The question is, how
can I put this right?
