loss access because of admin access/control

home base and someone set up admin...now no control due to not being able to access admin. me the 1 who payed..now dearly.thats right no PASSWORD WORKS ON ANY PAST ACCOUNT!!!!just using guest...OUCHHHH!!
 
Boot the computer in safe mode(Tab f8 when you restart computer),login with administrator account it will not ask for password and just change the passwords for other accounts

Works in 2000, I have a reset kit for lost Admin Passwords for work, actually
had a guy who left chage and password all accounts to prevent anyone from
logging in, worked like a charm,
