Sorry - I have mine set to open to the calendar view. If you set your
default folder for Outlook opening to any mail folder, you will see the
favorites window at the top of your mail folders. If you click on the
folder icon (bottom of the navigation pane), you will lose this view. If
you click on the mail icon (open envelope), you will get the favorites view
back.
