Lose my formatting

When I paste a rich text document in the body of my Windows Mail "new
message" box, I lose my paragraphs, and an extra line is inserted everywhere
I've used the enter key when writing the original document.

This has been the case for documents pasted from Microsoft Works, Open
Office, and Word Pad documents, all rich text format. I have searched my
Windows Mail for a place to format or choose an option to fix this with no
luck.

I DID NOT have the same problem with Outlook Express on my Windows XP
computer, using the same word processing programs.

Can you help?

Windows Mail does not support the RTF format. You may want to
install Outlook (not Outlook Express) which does, or install Windows
Live Mail and see if it does:
