Loosing PowerPoint to Producer Animation?

I am importing a PowerPoint 2003 presentation into producer 2003.
When I bring it in I loose all my animation. I see that PowerPoint animation
importing is a feature in producer 2003. I can’t seem to get it to work
though.

I have the “disable animation on import†box “unchecked†and I see
the little star on the timeline in Producer that indicates the spot where the
titles should come in.

Any Ideas??

Tony,

You're likely to get a better response if you post the same question to the producer newsgroup.

I posted there also but it seems like that forum has very little activity so
I am not hopeful for an answer. I will state the basic problem and perhaps
there is another solution.

I want to put a PowerPoint presentation up on a web site. The presentation
consists of pictures and animated titles. When I simply publish it out of
PowerPoint the results are BAD. In many cases the picture takes a lot of
time to download so the titles fly in before the picture finishes
downloading. I could time the titles to start later but people with
different connection speeds will either have to see the same slide for a
prolonged period or people with slow connection will not even see the slide.

I need to keep it automated rather than use a “next button†push. I thought
making it a “movie†with Producer was a good solution but it isn’t working.
I loose the animation. Any help would be appreciated.
