looping error message

i am getting a looping error message, "your system has recovered from a
serious error", My IT director tried to force a firewall upgrade and now I
have this message. I was able to uninstall his screw up, but now this message
pops up over and over. I have submitted the error and selected to not submit,
but this message comes up about 1 second after either choice. The message
itself blames my video driver, which is OEM in a thinkpad laptop. How can I
kill this message?

Why wouldn't you take the machine back to the IT director and have him
fix it?
