Hey, please help an norwegian with a excel-problem..

I have a table where I want to bring back a value from another table (f.ex
weeknr). I have the value (f.ex week 23), but the value are more than one
time in the other table. I therefore also want to bring along another value
(f.ex a name who worked that week) as a criteria.. Possible??

As an example, using English function names

=INDEX(Sheet2!C2:C20,MATCH(1,(name=Sheet2!A2:A20)*(weeknum=Sheet2!B2:B20),0))

which is an array formula, it should be committed with Ctrl-Shift-Enter, not
just Enter.
Excel will automatically enclose the formula in braces (curly brackets), do
not try to do this manually.
When editing the formula, it must again be array-entered.

and adjust the ranges to suit

I wouldn't have thought so. Semi-colons ; or commas , are list separators
and are set in you Language and Regional Options settings. * is an Excel
operator.
