Looks in a formula

Low level excel user here with a question regarding cell lookups that I can
change change bi-monthly. Here is a sample of my formula
='O:\MATSALES\Timesheet\[Yard 140 Timesheet.xls]6-18'!$C$107

This says.. look at my yard 140 timesheet in tab 6-18 cell C107.

Every two weeks my formula changes (6-18 is the beginning of the pay
period), and I have make multiple changes in order to start looking at the
new tab (6-18, then 7-2, then 7-16 etc...). The formulae are static in all
respects save the tab number. What I would like to do is make a one cell
change rather than many.

Something like.. look at my yard 140 timesheet, <tab date is in cell
Z143>, cell C107.

Thanks

R Carpenter

Is there a way to set my formula to look at a single cell (where I change
the date every two weeks) as opposed to the 6-18 (and subsequent date tabs)?
