I meant on lookout... there is a beta build floating around that I had problems with. I never traced it, so it could be a different problem, but it made everything incredibly slow.

Unfortunately, I've just upgraded to a trial version of 2003 - so I now don't have that info!

I installed Lookout on Outlook 2002 and noticed that if I set it to index the current Personal Folder, it interfered in quite a big way with the automatic (and manual) Send/Receive function. (The Send/Receive took MUCH longer than usual, and quite often hung completely). If I unchecked the indexing of the current pst, it got a bit better and with it uninstalled, I'm back to normal send and receive functionality!
Any one else noticed this?
(Copernicus doesn't seem to have the same effect BTW....)
